Building Great Leadership in a Transforming IT Powerhouse
The Challenge
enthus is a dynamic and innovative German IT service provider that has strategically evolved its market position through mergers and a clear repositioning strategy. The company is no longer just a traditional solution provider; it is now a powerful full-managed service provider committed to guiding businesses through their digital transformation.
To grow as one leadership team, enthus needed alignment, consistency, and empowered decision-making. Retaining key players and sustaining momentum in a fast-changing IT market depended on leaders stepping confidently into the company’s next chapter, ensuring a unified and innovative future for both the team and the clients they serve.
The Solution
Cohort-based program for senior leaders
Two groups reporting directly to the C-level complete a 12-month blended program with monthly sessions, mixing on-site workshops and virtual training tomaintain continuity and build a community of leaders while respecting operational pressures.
Live, practical sessions rooted in real-world leadership experience
Trainers brought extensive leadership backgrounds in software and transformation environments, which helped participants recognise their own challenges in the stories and examples shared. Modules focused on growing and inspiring teams, managing stress and crisis, and strengthening strategic leadership behaviours that support a solution-partner business model.
Tools leaders could use immediately
Participants adopted the GROW method to shift 1:1 conversations toward questions and ownership. What was most striking in the observations and feedback was that leaders reported applying these tools the same week, creating a direct impact on their reports and thus enthus as a whole.
Peer exchange that builds confidence and alignment
Cohorts created a safe environment for reflection across locations and legacy companies. Sharing dilemmas and solutions helped foster a unified leadership identity, one aligned with enthus’ ambition to be a trusted partner to its customers.
