How to add your leadership program to your LinkedIn profile

After successfully completing the program, we invite you to highlight your leadership education on your LinkedIn profile. Here is a quick guide on how to do this.

1. Log in to LinkedIn and go to your profile.

2. Scroll to the "Education" Section

If you already have education entries, find the Education section on your profile.
If you don’t see this section, scroll down and click “Add profile section” → “Education”.

3. Click on 'Add Education'

A new window will pop up where you can enter your education details.

  • School: Orange Elephant
  • Degree: Rising Leaders Program or Experienced Leaders Program
  • Field of Study: Organizational Leadership.
  • Start and End Dates: Choose the correct dates (e.g., January 2024 – February 2025).
  • Copy the description
    Rising Leaders: Under the umbrella of 'serving their teams to perform optimally and become better', the Rising Leaders Program equips leaders with essential skills to lead themselves and their teams. Participants practice hands-on how to grow and inspire their teams, navigate difficult conversations, and manage stress.
    Experienced Leaders: The Experienced Leaders Program practically equips senior leaders with the necessary tools to drive strategic impact and foster a high-performance culture. Participants refine their skills in building, enabling, and developing great teams handling difficult conversations like salary negotiations and taking great decisions.

5. Add Skills (optional, but recommended):

Click + add the for example the following skills:

  • Leadership
  • Team Development
  • Feedback
  • Inspirational Leadership
  • Conflict Management

6. Save your entry - Done! 🥳
