TRAINING RECAP

How to Plan Weekly Work

Now you know what a serene Mexican fisherman, the unstoppable Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and the illustrious Oprah Winfrey could share? They all understand the power of balance, habit, and proactive leadership in managing not just time, but life itself.

The core concepts of the session

⚖️ Your Life in Balance: The 4 Categories

Embracing Charlie Munger's wisdom, we explored life's quadrants: spiritual, professional, social, physical. A leader's best work comes from harmony across these realms, not just the professional. Aligning efforts across all facets fuels not only success but fulfillment.

Revisiting this balance quarterly will help you to stay on track and notice when things change and/or need to change!

🔄 Habits as the Bedrock of Time Management

Daily life is a tapestry of habits—trigger, routine, reward. These habitual actions, accounting for half of our day, can be sculpted for excellence. When we weave productive habits into our routine, time management becomes second nature.

🚀 The Leap from Reactive Follower to Proactive Leader

Shed the skin of reactivity and clothe yourself in the armor of proactive leadership. Prioritize not by what screams loudest but by what truly matters. This pivot is what separates the good from the great, the leaders from the followers.

  • Make yourself aware what tasks you are currently working on actually fall into being a “proactive leader”.
  • Always plan your week so you can accommodate crises

Your Moment of Truth

And as always, here is your Moment of Truth from this session:
